One month ago, my laptop's battery was not charging. So I delivered it to customer care centre under warranty. I have received it today and noticed that, battery takes too much time to charge fully(around 4-5 hours). It is a changed battery.
What should I do?

Greetings @rimon9146,

Thanks for the post.

I understand that your computer is taking a long time to charge, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Have you run a diagnostics on your computer?

Have you updated all the drivers using HPSA?

Have you made any hardware changes on your computer?

Are you using the power adapter bundled with your notebook?

Recommend you run HP Support Assistant on your computer to make sure BIOS and chipset are updated. Click here

Once BIOS and chipset are updated, check if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, shut down the computer.

Wait for a minute.

Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly to enter system diagnostics.

Run a component test on the battery and power adapter.

If any of the tests fail, please contact our phone support team to check the service options available.

If both the tests pass, restart your computer.

Open device manager by doing a right-click on the Windows button.

Expand the batteries in device manager.

Uninstall all the battery controllers listed there.

Restart your computer and check.

Let me know if this helped.

Thank you very much for your solution. I have updated all the drivers and BIOS and restarted it. Now it is charging faster than before. But it takes approximately 1 hour to charge from 90% to 100%.  First 90% get charged in an hour.
