Product: Pavilion 15-ab254sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ran HP Battery Test) and it's results were: "Primary - FAILURE" ; Failure ID: QBR3KD-7Q38J6-MFPWLK.

 

Do I need to replace the battery or does this failure code mean something else?
