Does the Spectre 13-v011dx come with any bloat ware from other companies. And also can you upgrade the ram.
Im deciding if I want a Spectre 13-v011dx or the new Razer blade stealth. I will be asking both communities questions like replaceable battery and upgradable ram and bloat ware.
If I were to upgrade the battery, would I have to bring it to a store or do it myself? Where would I purchase this battery in the future?

I have one. It is basically a closed unit. This thing is as thin as a couple cardboard notepad backs. Memory is not upgradeable and there is no battery available for it except the one HP provides: which is internal. There was no bloatware installed. Very clean. Instant boot. Lightning fast. Beautiful aesthtics. The Razer is also a very cool machine. The hardware is just about identical. Neither has any significant upgradeable components. I believe the pci-e storage card (hard drive) can be removed and upgraded but nothing else. That is true for both units. If I were 19 years old I would get the Razer. The Spectre is for a businessman. Like the difference between a Mercedes and a Mustang.
