I wanted to know if I can overclock my gpu, which is Radeon HD 7650m ? Can I use msi afterburner, or do something with the bios for the additional boost performance.

Hi,

Normally NO, the reason is high performance will generate more heat, bore heat will easily break the machine. Except for some class laptops. Vendors, including HP, on't allow this because they don't want their machine breack in 1 or 2 years, specially during warranty period. You can try AT YOUR OWN RISK
