The 450 G0 has either Intel HD 4000 or it can have Radeon 8750M switchable discrete, but if you have the former you would have to replace the whole motherboard to get one with the Radeon graphics. That can be prohibitively expensive but is theoretically possible. Can you do the replacement your self? Parts will run a few hundred and labor a couple hundred (dollars). You would need the motherboard and a new heatsink/cooling fan. Processor, memory wireless card could be swapped over. Also your Windows would have to be reactivated and possibly you would have to purchase a new Windows license (that part not 100% the case) but Microsoft generally considers it a different computer if you swap out the motherboard.
if still interested we can walk you through the details.
