Can i upgrade Hp pavilion 15-bc021tx with Samsung 850 EVO (MZ-N5E250BW)SATA 6.0 Gbps 250 GB SSD ?

Yes. That Samsung is a SATA M.2 disk and your laptop can support that in addition to the 2.5 inch hard drive. 

 

See pages 31-33 of the Manual here:

The M.2 slot is to the left of the battery as you have the back off with the hard drive in the upper right corner.
