My laptop model is Pavillion x360 14-ek1000(80R27PA)
The current memory capacity is 16GB.
Is it possible to upgrade to 32MB?

Your notebook's memory cannot be upgraded since it is 'onboard' which means that the memory is an integral part of the motherboard.

 

Notebooks come configured with either 8 GB or 16 GB of onboard memory, so your notebook has the most memory HP offered in the model series.
