Hello!

 

I'm tryng to open the service door but for some reason it doesn't seems to work as described in the manual.

Tried to search the web but there is nothing graphic for this particular model: Y8A97EA#ABB

Some help will be appreciated.

Yeap, that one @iomare.

 

I removed the screw but it didn't came out easy, like something where holding it.

I didn't want to force it, to breack something.

 

The link from  @visruth shows that it should go out a bit harder.
