Two non-customer-accessible/upgradable memory module slots DDR3L-1600 single channel support (DDR3L-1600 downgrade to DDR3L-1333) DDR3L-1600 single channel support Supports up to 8 GB of system RAM in the following conƭgurations ● 8192-MB total system memory (8192×1) or (4096×2)
Source:
See p. 44 for "how to"
The Manual says maximum 8 gigs but an 8 gig module is specified and there are two slots. So, logically and based on user feedback, it can likely take 16 gigs but you probably would be OK with 8. Most people don't really need 16 gigs of RAM.
4 gig module:
4-GB (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz) 691740-005
Your specs say you have 2 x 2 gig modules so to have 8 gigs you need 2 x 4.
