Can the ...HP Laptop 14s-dq0802no... Ram be upgraded/add another ram stick?

and if so where can one optain another ram stick that fits for the laptop and is the correct speed?

Your notebook only has one memory slot.

 

It is my understanding that other forum members have been able to install a 16 GB memory chip in the slot in the notebooks with an Intel® Celeron® N4120 processor, but officially it only supports 1 x 8 GB of memory.

 

Solved: Need to expand memory for Model 14s-dq0518sa - HP Support Community - 8947747

 

Recommended memory:

 

8 GB:

 

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT8G4SFS824A | Crucial.com

 

16 GB:

 

Crucial 16GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT16G4SFD824A | Crucial.com
