Computer is still under warrenty and would like to change out its hard drive to a NEW solid state. My question; I still have 1 year of warrenty and asking would changing it out cancel my warrenty?

Upgrading your computer's RAM or hard drive will not affect your HP warranty unless you break something during the upgrade process or the upgraded components damage your system.
