Try a usb device like maybe a mouse in all the ports and report which one does not work. You can, of course get by with one port out but if they all do not work that is a huge problem.

15-ac144ne is the Model. Is it still under warranty? Which usb port(s)? The one on the right is on a separate daughterboard which can be replaced but the ones on the left are part of the motherboard and cannot be fixed without replacing the motherboard.
