Hello!
I'm getting this old laptop from my sister and im thinking if i could breath some new life into it. From my research i have found that it currently has the Celeron T3000 CPU. What is the best cpu i can replace it with?
Thanks,
Sami

The chipset should be GL40. So in this case the best option would be the p8700?
Sorry with chipset GL40 the maximum would be an Intel Pentium Dual-Core
T4500, another T-XXXX would be compatible as long as you do not pass the bus speed to more than 800 MHz and possibly you would have to update the bios.
