We are using custom board on which we are interfacing DDR3 SDRAM modules to our FPGA processor.
Our requirement are as follows
- DDR3 SDRAM module should be single rank or double rank if single rank is not available.
- The size of the module to be 8GB/16GB/32GB ECC based.
- Bank group = 2
- Minimum datawidth of 32-bits
- Maximum DDR3/LPDDR3 datawidth of 64-bits + ECC
- The module to be RIMM / FBDIMM based.
- Operating temperature should be industrial grade (-40Deg to +85Deg)
I would like to know whether any such DDR3 SDRAM modules are available with HP.

Small outline form factor ECC? And you are soldering them to the board, not putting them in a slot?
HP does not make memory...contact Hynix or one of the other big memory suppliers.

I am either looking for 204 pin mall outline form factor ECC or 240 pin RDIMM.
I am planning to put the modules in the slot and not soldering them on the board.
I came across one of the pdf documents "HP SmartMemory QuickSpecs" in which a number of memory modules were listed. I thought HP ia now into this business as well which I am unaware of. And HP is a brand on which I can believe completely.
I will check out Hynix site as per your suggestion.
Thank you
