Hello
A long time ago I bought a laptop from HP logo.DV 9620us s/n CNF7355PZD
I have a problem with high temperatures. For example, GPU 90 ° C = 194 ° F. I want to replace termopads. What thickness and thermal conductivity have implemented?
Please help and answer.

Don't replace the pads with pads. Use copper shims cut to the same thickness as the pads. A lot of documentation on the internet for how to do it:

I measured and it worked out that termopad is about 1.2 mm. Gpu chip is delicately imprinted on the pad. Buy copper washer 1 mm or 1.2 mm?

Or just pound out a penny. You do want it to be tight but not bend anything.
