I'm not sure how i did it. But when clicking the language it selected the one beneath English and now I don't know how to reverse that?

No issues,
repeat the same process to go to the diagnostics scree
the second option from bottom is language.. use the arrow keys to highlight it
Once there the first option from top is English, use the up and down arrow keys to highlight and hit enter
It should be back to ENglish now.

Can you specify how did you run the test.
There are multiple ways to do a test, I want to be sure how did you reach that screen.
