Good morning, i hope somebody can help me i would like to know if my notebook without backlight keyboard can support one with the light? This doubt rises because i saw on internet a lot of keyboard compatible with my hp model which were sold as backlighted and it could help me during the working or studying session.

Hello @AleKappa,

Firstly, I would like to inform you that HP does not recommend you to change the configuration of the computer, you can do that at your own risk.
As per the specifications of the computer, the notebook you are using does not come with the backlit keyboard.
Recommend you to contact our phone support to get the part number for the keyboard and you can look for alternate keyboards that fit with your computer.
Please refer to your computer manual for the procedure to replace parts (replacing keyboard is not listed)
Hope this answered your concern. Please do reply for further assistance.
