I got "HP Pavilion g4-1024tx" and just reinstall win 7 from blank. And accidentialy wipe out backup driver partition and want download drivers. but the website cant give drivers its says "We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again."

1 - nope. i use other computer using win 8.1

 

2 - im edy check it and im not stupid like that.

give me same " We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again. 

 

btw no need help anymore. its fuc^&* useless now. edy change the machine.

thanks for help.

 

**) as note why the F^&# just only windows 7 in the option?  realy annoying.

still same erorr to me. any solution? im from indonesian using indie home 100mbps as inet connection. Using google chrome Versi 56.0.2924.87

 

Update : using firefox still have same problem

Strange. I just checked again and still works for me. I am also using Chrome browser. Can you try with Internet Explorer?

nope. internet explorer fail. did hp website need java ? or any add on?

 

or maybe can someone give me raw link to download drivers. especialy for LAN drivers i wana try use "identify now" feature.

1-Are you using the machine needing drivers to browse the driver site- or another with perhaps different OS?

2-If you are using another machine are you checking to be sure Windows 7 is selected as Operating Sysetm?
