Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please I need the drivers for windows 7 or 10 for ssd disk samsung BGND3R, i tried to find in HP web page but i cant founded. Y need to install again windows 7 or 10 in the laptop and i dont have th dvd, this is the reason that i need the drivers, i have a case with samsung Inquiry #6925270 , but them saw that i need to contact HP, could you help me please? thanks a lot in advance, have a nice day.

Hi,

 

What do you mean "driver" ? Why do you need "driver" for SSD. The SSD only has internal firmware and normally you can download firmware from Samsung.

I tried to download fro samsung, but i can get the drivers, i raised a ticket but them tell me taht i need to contact HP.

 

Please help me to get this driver, thanks a lot.

Now, what is the driver you are talking about ?  We need to know what is it because as I know, no driver for HDD/SSD.
