Someone finally messaged me directly today, March 11, 2021, after my post here about my failed HP Spectre motherboard from March 5, 2021. The whole situation has been frustrating, and now I am getting repeated error messages when I try to reply to the person from HP who is contacting me.  Above my text in a red box is the message "Correct the highlighted errors and try again." I see no highlights in my message, and then below my message in red text it says: "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and send the message when you are satisfied."  It continues to reject my message afterwards, whether or not I include any links (I originally had links to 25 other HP Forum posts about HP Spectre motherboard failures). I've tried logging in and out, using different browsers, etc. 

 

Can someone help me? HP needs to take care of these Spectre motherboard failures and improve their customer service.
