Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings.

I have HP ProBook 450 G1 with AMD HD 8750m 2gb DDR3. Can I change my grapich card for better one ? What would be that grapich card ?

No it is switchable discrete which means the video is soldered right into the motherboard...no way to remove, replace or upgrade. And your 8750 2 gig is the top of the line for that model so there is not even another motherboard you could swap in (at ridiculous expense).
