Hi guys. 

 

It is safe to install a hdd caddy to my laptop?

 

I upgraded my hhd with an Sandisk SSD 240GB but i need more space to store my work.

 

I want to install the caddy on DVD-RW SATA Slot. SKU069558 (7).JPG

I would assume that it can be. You should check with your products manual first and talk to an HP rep.

 

However, Newmodeus makes HDD/SSD caddies for your product model. I don't see why they would unless its safe to do so.
