From the Manual:
Optical drive Fixed, serial SATA, 9.5-mm tray load DVD+/-RW Double-Layer SuperMulti Supports zero power optical drive Supports M-disc
Optical Drive DVD+/-RW Double-Layer SuperMulti 813784-001
So yes, it will read and burn dual layer media.

My Italian is pretty poor but that particular microphone with the red mark is the plug-in microphone jack and it is not going to be activated unless you actually plug in a microphone. The one with the green mark is the webcam microphone and it appears that one is working. You have to be sure that Skype or whatever program needs a microphone is actually trying to use the webcam microphone. Your screenshots are exactly like mine on the laptop on which I am typing this, but my microphone works and mine is in English.
Realtek HD is known to give issues in Windows 10. Check these links:

Hello,
excuse me for delay about feedback.
I have tryed to update drivers concerning:
- Microphone Group
- Stereo Mix
But they seem to be already updated.
For above procedure I have used "Create Automatically Driver Update" but after Skype test, nothing happened.
