It's DDR3L and L means 1.35 volt and it is 1600 speed. Be sure you understand that upgrading memory is not the easy thing it used to be and may impact warranty where that never used to be the case.

What do you think will support 1.5 volt? because I found this one http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820576018 that meet all the requirements but just change the volt to 1.5.

You do not want 1.5 volt. You want 1.35. It makes the battery and the computer last longer. Low voltage memory is a more modern, superior product. DDR4 is newer yet and runs at 1.2 volts. 1.35 volt memory will run at 1.5 volts but not vice versa.
