HP EnvyX360 Covert 13-ayxxxxna

Hey

So i was using my laptop fine yesterday and then randomly the hinge gave out as i was using it. I was watching a youtube video i wasn't touching it and it wasn't near anything. The hinge gave out and now i can't close my laptop. The screen has also come out a bit as a result as well. I checked the community pages and this is clearly a manufacturing defect. Anyways i contacted Hp Warranty since i have pickup and repair warranty for about 3 years and they refuse to provide me any sort of service and are accusing me of intentionally damaging the laptop.  So what should i do next? I have only owned the laptop for a little over a year so its pretty outrageous. I'm a student and have exams so kind of need it but man Hp Customer service sucks after telling them i didn't cause it and it naturally gave out on its own they literally went on to say 'no you did this' and i was in literal disbelief. Anyways need some support/advice
