is it possible to upgrade my laptop to 32gb ram memory ddr4-2133mhz SDRAM sodimm?

and change my HDD storage to SSD?

Welcome to HP Support Forum.

 

(a)  For RAM, no, only 16GB. Last week one member put 32GB to his machine and waisting money because it did not work. (b) But it is ok to replace HDD with SSD.

so i can only upgrade to 2slots of 8gb ram ddr4-2133mhz SDRAM sodimm so a total of 16gb ram?
