Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums @TIAGOM,
I see you are facing issue with keyboard and wireless. Happy to help.
Kudos to you for checking the language settings for the keyboard.
Have you run a keyboard test on the computer?
Recommend you to boot the computer to system diagnostics by tapping F2 on startup and run a system test and component test for the keyboard. Click here for assistance.
If the test pass, recommend you to uninstall the keyboard and wireless driver from device manager and delete the driver when prompted.
Restart the computer couple times to refresh the driver and test the keyboard and Wireless.
Run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated and to diagnose issues.
If the test fails, please contact our phone support for the service options.
Let me know if this helped.

I runned the HP support assistence as you suggested, and all drives and system was ok but the keyboard not worked correct. so I did the second step, in panel control I checked that the keyboard drive was install the standard sp2 drive. so I uninstal it and restart the computer. The keyboart back work again with special characters. Problem solved. Thank you very much.
