Product: Pavilion 14-e018tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i'm using Pavilion 14-e018tx previously running 8.1 , suddenly upgrade to win10. 

so i decide to downgrade to win 7 64bit, i found this driver at :

Here official driver by hp 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp65001-65500/sp65167.exe

 

but i didn't install it. any solution for it?

Hi:

 

If the usb3 driver from the support page isn't working, then try the one directly from Intel for the chipset your notebook has.

 

Download, unzip and run the setup.exe file.
