Pavilion 17.3" Laptop -17-g192
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did not know this computer came without bluetooth!  Can I install blue tooth on it, and if so how?  I downloaded the bluetooth drivers  from several vendors but this was no help.  I have windows 10 pro.

A second question-why would blue tooth not be included with every new computer? Its like selling a car without air conditioning.  Why would any company not 100% of the time include blue tooth?

Hi,

1. Pleae use the following option, many around and cheaper:

        http://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/targus-bluetooth-4-0-usb-adaptor-taacb75au

2. Not all customers wishing to pay more for Bluetooth therefore many vendors build machines without BT.

Regards.
