I looked at the data dump. It is beyond my realm to advise on whether it contains the microcode for the CPU in question. I do see that the BIOS is the most recent one.
Perhaps a query at BIOS MODS forums would yield better results. There are folks there that possibly could modify the microcode if it is possible and they most likely can answer your question concerning the possibility that the present microcode would accept the CPU that you originally asked about.

Page 110 OF THIS MANUAL lists the processors that are supported for that model. It does not seem to support any of the ones posted.
THIS THREAD seems to suggest the T9600 100% worked!

The BIOS update has to be produced by HP and needs to indicate the new microcode was added for the CPU support to be included.
Here is another page indicated what CPU's are supported, if you did not like the one posted before. It also supports the T9600 as the best processor.

Depends on the BIOS version already installed. Version:F.20 (9 Dec 2011) is the newest - here is the page
Next oldest is Version:F.18 (11 Jan 2011) and claims to: Adds support for the Intel Xeon and Intel Core 2 Processors

i find this process
my notebook support this processor
or
supports T9600 as the best processor for my notebook ?

I cannot answer that question. I do not have access to information concerning that. If the T9900 processor is close enough to the T9600, it might still work.
BTW: I do not see that much of an improvemnt of the T9900 over the T9600
Put it this way - if it took 60 minutes to render something with the T9600, it would take about 54 minutes to do the same thing with the T9900. Not much of a difference.
