Hi,

 

sudently the both USB ports, which are placed on the right side of the laptop, stopped to transfer data and to detect attached devices. The strange thing is that the ports still have power.  With the USB ports on the left side, there is no problem.

 

I tried many software solutions, but nothing helped. Probably is hardware problem. I wonder if this problem occures on other customers with this laptop model? Is there a DIY fix for it?
