HP g4 Pavilion UPGovt. 2013 Laptop is Not Supporting RAM FULLY

Hello Sir/Madam ,

                                     Myself Abhishek Yadav , customer of HP Pavilion g4 AMD A4 3330MX APU with Radeon(tm) , This Laptop was Awarded me by Uttar Pradesh Government in 2013.

Before a Week Ago All things Are Well. I was using windows 10 at 4GB RAM = 2GB(1.48GB USABLE PREINSTALLED)+ 2GB(1.99GB usable MANUALLY INSTALLED) in my LAPTOP.

After a Week My LAPTOP is Goes to Slow , So i thought that it will be handle by Changing The OS( Windows 10) So i install the Same OS ,windows 10 Again in my Laptop , Now this time its Shocked for me that My system is Now Utilizing only 1.48GB instead of 3.48GB.

  Now my computer is became more Slower And Heater,

Please help the comunity and HP.

Same This happened with me, when i lost the window and driver cds and installed Windows 10 but actually This System was not assembled for Window 10, rather officially supports only Windows 8.1, now my laptop is working awesome. hope it helps.
