Hi,

Manual: Page 3, 24, 55
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04341970

This is listed in your Manual:
M.2 2242 SSD 120 GB
Set as primary storage if selected.
Not available with Celeron or Pentium processors.
Not available with WWAN

If you have mSATA slot as in the picture, which is actually for WWAN CARD (page 54, 55) -
then M.2 2242 SSD support is not available for that model according to Manual.

I'll suggest you to open up and see what you have.

Check (M.2 wireless WAN module) video they also say:

NOTE: Alternately, an M.2 SSD mini-card can be installed in this slot. The procedure is the same, but does not include the wireless antenna cables.

Yes this part, Page 24:
120-GB Solid-state drive, M.2, for use in HP 450 models: 768469-001

You've to pay huge price for this one: https://www.amazon.com/HP-768469-001-SSD-120GB-SATA-3/dp/B00L9HAYM2

I don't know if any other brands would be compatible.

I've no way to know that.

I can only suggest you to get the HP part.

I would say they would work in any way.

I'm not sure whether restrictions are there in your business class model.

Volunteers here are not working for HP and HP has no official presence here. So nobody here can surely tell this.
