Hi, i found this Hard drive in Amazon to replace my Hard drive because original and official HP part is backordered in US.

https://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-sata_6_0_gb-Internal-WD5000LPCX/dp/B013QFRZL2/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc...

Someone can check if it fit properly to my computer?

Thanks!

That hard drive should be fine.   Any 2.5" SATA Hard drive SHOULD fit, especially if it's 7mm thick (and that one is).   Some notebooks cannot use larger 9.5mm drives.

Unfortunately i cannot view YouTube while at work,  but this video should show the steps.   Ignore that it's for an SSD instead of a spinning drive,  same steps.   Hopefully it's the right model, it appears based on title that it should be similar.

EDIT:   Actually, I just skimmed the video on my phone.   They really didn't make it easy to swap the hard drive on that model.   Just take your time and try to not scratch it too badly when popping everything apart.
