i want upgrade RAM, but i dont know how many slots my laptop has and maximum RAM upgrade. TQ

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1 on pages 1 & 2.

What they mean by...

customer non-accessible/non-upgradeable

 

is that the work is supposed to be done by an authorized service center.

 

You will void the warranty if you break something when you go to install the memory yourself.

 

But your notebook has 2 memory slots and you can install 2 x 8 GB of memory in it.
