Thanks Visruth.

one last question 😛

Itried in crucial website and it says this product "Crucial 8GB Single DDR3L 1600 MT/s (PC3L-12800) SODIMM 204-Pin Laptop Memory (CT102464BF160B)" is best compatible for my laptop"

and as per the manual HP suggests to use this product "HP 8GB (1 x 8GB) PC3L-12800 DDR3L-1600 SODIMM for Notebooks [PN: 693374-001 / 693374-005]".

will there be any problem if i order from crucial and install it myself and is it better to install myself or to get assistance from the sales guy.

Thank you

You're welcome.

Crucial is very good brand. It gaurantee listed compatible products.

Look Page 40, is pretty easy to upgrade RAM

Don't break anything in the process. If you do break, then HP will not honour the warranty.

Update BIOS to latest version as described in Page 40.
