Is it an  HP Notebook 15-da1058tu ? Its specs

    https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06386972

1. For RAM: it has 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now, you can upgrade to 32GB max using

        https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/hp-15-da1058tu/CT15212448

    or to 16GB

        https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/hp-15-da1058tu/CT15212432

or just 8GB by adding 4GB to slot 2

         https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/hp-15-da1058tu/CT15212509

2. For  Intel® UHD Graphics 620: It uses system RAM and currently machine only has 4GB therefore the max it may be able to get: 1GB. Upgrading to 8GB you will have more spare system RAM for VRAM. Nothing called default RAM. Please check

>>>> Can I extend new graphic card ?

No, you can't you have to buy new system board (if available) with video card pre-installed.

Regards.
