your computer originally was shipped with Windows 8, and there are no device-drivers for Windows 10 listed on HP's web-site. If you are running Windows 10, this means that the necessary "audio" device-drivers for Windows 10 are either:

* included when you installed Windows 10,

* available via Windows Update after installing Windows 10.

See: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/HP-Pavilion-g7-2200-Notebook-PC-series/529...

for the audio device-driver for Windows 8.1.
