Hp laptop battery problem

I have hp pavilion gaming laptop, the charge rapidly decrease from 100 to 0 within one or two mins, but when I get the battery report it says the battery capacity remains same as before.

What might be the problem, do I have to change the battery or is there any other way to solve this, help me please
