Hello Sir/Mam

I have a laptop with model no HP pavillion g6 1200tx  3.5 years old .

When i connect my laptop to AC Charger it gives electric shocks in the USB Port,VGA port,LAN port ,HDMI port , Charger cord . sometimes it also gives shock in the CTRL key of the key board.

Based on your description of the issue,  the power adapter is no longer properly grounding. It is unsafe to use.

It is highly recommended that, for your own safety, to no longer use or connect that power adapter to AC house current.

Replace it with a new power adapter.

I bought a new power adapter but this doesn't solve the problem. Still getting shocked

The fact that there is a metal strip embedded in the design, was a design decision which was not very well thought trough.
