I couldn't find a Battery for my hp pavilion

I am trying to buy a battery for my HP Pavilion x360 from Hp website but I couldn't find one that fits my model. I am getting this error message: "A match to your search criteria could not be found. Please check your entry, or try using the product category search links displayed below", please my battery should be replaced what do you suggest?

Searching for a replacement battery. The above posts list the same battery model number.

In HP search results for HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba253cl  (this is the model number when searching about on the computer. However on the back it lists model no. 14-ba2xx.) I see the serial number for the battery part lists this same number 916811-855. When searching for this battery type several sights come up however none list either of the above model numbers in the compatible list. Asking if this HP 916811-855 is definitely compatible with HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba253cl  or HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba2xx. 

Any tips on best place to purchase a replacement battery.
