Product: HP Pavilion TS 11 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I need a replacement battery 729892-001 for a HP Pavilion TS 11 Notebook.

The computer told me so in an error message. Plus my touch screen goes haywire when the battery is in the machine but not when it is removed.

The HP website says "This part is restricted and not available for purchase. "

Where do I get a new one?

Is there a suitable alternative?
