Dear Expert, 

 

Please help me how can I upgrade SDD 2.5 SAMSUNG 850EVO  1 Tb  for my labtop  HP ENVY Notebook - 15t-k100 CTO ( Intel Core i7-4510U, Motherboard Model: Hewlett-Packard 228D ) . Is it l compatible  ?

Hi,

Yes the PC is compatible with the 850 evo which is considered by international PC magazines the best SSD prize/performance.

You will need to reinstall windows 10 or migrate an image of the OS to the SSD.

 

Here is service manual which is provided for your model (page 66)
