ITL Back Lit Keybord for HP Probook 440 G4

Hi,

I have a HP ProBook 440 G4 laptop (Y7Z74EA#ABZ). This model doesn't have a backlit keyboard and I would like to upgrade to one. I fund this one on HP PartSurfer http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=906764-061 .

It's ITL, as i want, but i can't understand if it's bak lit or not.

Is it?

here http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=906763-061 it says that 906763-061 is only for probook 430 (13.3 ''). is it the same keyboard for the 440?

Hi, I'm sorry that I'm not posting a helpful answer but I just want to ask, if you're sure it is possible to upgrade to backlit keybord. Because I'm planning to do the same eventually and I don't know if the hardware allows it.

Yes, it's possible, ad showed on the manual and backlit keyboard is optional on this model.
Anyway at now only GB layout is avaible on HP Parts Store.

hi, I have the same problem, i'm looking for the backlit keyboard in itl, but the hp site says that is not stil available.

when will be possible upgrade my laptop?
