Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is 3200 MHz RAM supported on the HP Elitebook 745 G5?

Currently, I use 8 GB 2400 MHz RAM (8x1). 

I want To upgrade my RAM, Is it beneficial for me?

If it is not, what is the problem?

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information.

 

Your notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4 memory.

 

You can install DDR4-3200 memory, but it will only run at a maximum speed of 2400 MHz because that is as fast as any of the AMD processors in the 745 G5 model series can run the memory at.
