The computer is very slow, and I just fill the 28 GB eMMC? How can I upgrade RAM and eMMC?

In the Celeron model, which you have, the memory (2 gigs) is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded. If you wanted to make it a better computer the only real choice is to replace the motherboard. There are version with up to an i5 processor included. The storage is an eMMC, and even with your model theoretically you can remove the eMMC module and replace with a SATA hard drive or SSD, but would require buying new hardware to mount the drive.

See pages 38 and 39 of the Manual here:

Manual

The upgrades likely will cost more than a new, better laptop.

Hi,

the memory emmc is removable, there is a flat cable and the space to house a ssd, but how to connect it is not anywhere, can you tell us how to adapt the cable of the emmc to a sata connector?

You need one of these:

Hard Drive Hardware Kit (includes bracket and cable) 813510-001

See pages 37 and 38 of the Manual. You use a different caddy and cable for a 2.5 inch disk, either HDD or SSD.

$27 from HP Parts Store:
