Product: hp envy 17 J160NR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a problem one time I had my laptop on my chair and it was open and I accidentally got pushed into the laptop. Now the lid won't close all the way but the laptop works fine but the lid won't close all the way I think it has something to do with the hinges.

Sounds likely. Hinges can be replaced. Are you wanting to try to do that? Is there any other damage, like cracked plastic?
