Pavilion - 15-ak049tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
My laptop will suddenly freeze halfway through usage and will not respond to any commands input from the keyboard or mouse.
This problem has persisted almost daily for one month already.

I have to do a hard reboot of the laptop by pressing on the power button until it shuts down. Then I can press the power button again to restart the laptop and it will restart back to normal as if nothing has happened. The freezing will occur again the next day.
Hardware diagnostics showed no problems.

This laptop is not even 6 months old.

Please advise.

Thanks.

Ken

Thanks for the reply Provost!

I will try it and see if it will prevent my screen from freezing for the next few days. I will update you again in the next few days if it works.

Thanks again!
