Microsoft stopped supporting Windows XP in April 2014 -- nearly 3 years ago.

Microsoft will stop supporting Windows Vista next month -- April 11, 2017.

So, it's time for you to purchase a new computer.

It's possible to remove the disk-drive from your current computer, and attach it as a "slave" disk-drive on another computer, and copy all your personal files from that disk-drive.

Note that some computer-stores that cater to "business" lease laptops to business for 2-year or 3-year or 4-year terms.

At the end of the term, the laptops are returned to the computer-store, "refurbished", and then sold at a LARGE discount to "budget-conscious" buyers.  These laptops probably are running Windows 7.
