15-ab224ni
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I keep looking for the manual that shows the maximum my 15-ab224ni (ENERGY STAR) can take. It seems to have only 1 slot with a 4GB module in it, however i wanted to know if it can take an 8GB module. I have looked at the HP support site, it says you can find the maximum memory under product information, however, product information only shows memory installed with no indication of maximum memory, and the product information document is the same.

Please assist.

Regards,

J0rd4n

Hi,

Thanks for the assistance. I tried the crucial identifier. It just said crucial has no compatible memory available at this time. You did answer my question though, thank you.
